Return Policy



Returns
We accept returns within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in original packaging. The customer will pay for shipping costs unless an item is defective. 

Assuming the above criteria is met, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. 

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, reason for exchange, and new product details with your return. The customer will pay for shipping costs unless an item is defective. 

Shipping 
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Please send mail to:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • If returning, reason for return 
  • If exchanging, include details of new product (size, metal, style, etc.)

Note: If you are shipping jewelry valued over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Timing
We will get to your package as quickly as we can, but please allow 1-2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed. Thank you for your patience! 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased with a discount code may be refunded. 

Holiday/Gift Policy
If an item was purchased as a gift and needs to be returned/exchanged after 30 days of purchase, please email us at handmadestudiollc@gmail.com

Gift cards cannot be returned.
